Cimber AirCIM/ QI

Cimber Air was a Danish regional airline that operated from 1950 until its closure in 2012, based in Ronnebudport near Billund in Jutland, Denmark. The airline specialized in regional passenger operations, primarily serving Scandinavian routes and connecting smaller cities to major hubs across Northern Europe. Cimber Air was a key regional carrier for Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) and operated numerous flights on behalf of the alliance, functioning as an important feeder airline for the larger network. The airline offered standard economy cabin service on its regional routes and maintained a focus on point-to-point connections and scheduled service for business and leisure travelers. Despite its long operational history and important role in Danish aviation, Cimber Air ceased operations in 2012 due to financial difficulties and increased competition in the regional market.
