The Beechcraft 58P Baron, a pressurized twin-engine business aircraft, represented the premium variant of Beechcraft's popular Baron line during the late 1970s and early 1980s. First produced in 1976, it was a low-wing twin featuring two Continental TSIO-520-L turbocharged engines developing 310 horsepower each, accommodating four to six occupants in a pressurized cabin. Measuring over 29 feet in length with a 37-foot wingspan, the 58P provided business operators with the capability to cruise efficiently above weather systems. Built by Beechcraft Aircraft Corporation at their Salina, Kansas facility through 1985, only 495 examples were manufactured.
