AlMasria Universal Airlines was an Egyptian charter and cargo airline founded in 2007 and based in Cairo. The airline specialized in cargo operations and chartered passenger flights, serving routes across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe with a focus on freight and humanitarian missions. Operating as an independent carrier outside of major global alliances, AlMasria was known for its willingness to operate on difficult routes and serve remote destinations that larger carriers avoided. The airline offered basic economy-class seating on its passenger charter flights and maintained a significant cargo operation. AlMasria ceased operations in 2012, ending its five years of service in the African and Middle Eastern aviation market.
