Air Ukraine was a legacy carrier headquartered in Kyiv that operated from 1992 until its closure in 2010. The airline served as Ukraine's primary international flag carrier, operating scheduled passenger flights throughout Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, with its main hub at Boryspil Airport (now Kyiv Boryspil) in Kyiv. Air Ukraine offered multiple cabin classes including economy and business class and maintained a frequent flyer program for its loyal passengers. The carrier was a member of the IATA and maintained partnerships with several international airlines, positioning itself as a full-service network carrier despite Ukraine's challenging aviation market. Air Ukraine ceased operations in 2010 due to financial difficulties and increased competition from low-cost carriers and larger European airlines.
