UTair Express was a Russian regional airline that operated as a subsidiary of UTair Aviation, providing scheduled passenger services primarily across Russia's vast geography. Founded in the 2000s and headquartered in Tyumen, the carrier focused on regional routes connecting smaller cities to major hubs, particularly serving the Tyumen region and Western Siberia. Operating a fleet of regional turboprops and regional jets, UTair Express served business travelers and connecting passengers on shorter routes that complemented UTair Aviation's wider network.
