VASPVSP/ VP

VASP (Viação Aérea São Paulo) was a major Brazilian airline founded in 1933 and headquartered in São Paulo, operating as one of Brazil's leading domestic carriers throughout much of the 20th century. The airline primarily focused on passenger operations within Brazil, connecting São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro to cities across the country, and also offered some international routes to neighboring South American nations. VASP operated as a full-service legacy carrier offering multiple cabin classes and maintained a strong presence in the Brazilian market until financial difficulties led to the airline ceasing operations in 2005. The carrier was known for its long history and significant role in developing Brazil's domestic aviation network during the mid-to-late 20th century.
