Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth echoed that sentiment, expressing support for the display and signaling that similar flyovers would continue. Viral footage of the pass showed the jet's wake scattering beach umbrellas and chairs; no injuries were reported.

The Blue Angels stressed that spectator and pilot safety remains the squadron's highest priority, but the Navy closed the matter without sanctions, framing the episode as a vivid demonstration of military aviation capability.
