VERTICON 2026 Draws Record 12,850 Attendees to Atlanta

Vertical Aviation International hosted VERTICON 2026 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, attracting approximately 12,850 attendees from more than 80 countries. The three-day event concluded March 12 with a record number of exhibitors and on-site aircraft demonstrations focused on balancing innovation with safety protocols.

FAA Administrator Bryan Bedford and EASA Executive Director Florian Guillermet participated in a fireside chat emphasizing harmonized safety standards for expanding low-altitude airspace. VAI President François Lassale said the gathering aimed to unify the community through shared data and sustainable workforce growth strategies.

The conference highlighted workforce development, including a career fair that connected 500 job seekers with more than 30 companies and training sessions eligible for FAA WINGS credit. Organizers announced VERTICON 2027 will take place in Anaheim, California, March 15-18, 2027.
