THE INADEQUATE VISUAL LOOKOUT BY THE PILOT AND HIS FAILURE TO MAINTAIN CLEARANCE FROM ELECTRICAL TRANSMISSION WIRES. FACTORS RELATING TO THE ACCIDENT WERE THE SUNGLARE AND THE PRESENCE OF THE WIRES.
