THE PILOT'S INABILITY TO AVOID UNSUITABLE TERRAIN DURING THE LANDING ROLL AFTER A FORCED LANDING. THE FORCED LANDING WAS MADE NECESSARY BY A LOSS OF ENGINE POWER CAUSED BY A FOREIGN OBJECT RESTRICTING THE FUEL SYSTEM.
