Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the accident. The 14 CFR Part 91 personal flight was not operating on a flight plan. The pilot reported no injuries. The flight departed from the Millard Airport, Omaha, Nebraska, at 1330, en route to 11K.

The pilot reported that a gust of wind pushed the airplane off the runway.

The Grand Island, Nebraska, automated surface observing system, reported wind to be from 100 degrees at 19 knots gusting to 25 knots at 1356.
