On February 16, 2012, about 1230 universal coordinated time, a Beech 95-B55, Brazilian registration PT-LOU, was destroyed when it impacted trees and terrain shortly after takeoff in Cameta Municipality, State of Mato Para, Brazil. The foreign certificated pilots and 2 passengers received fatal injuries. The flight departed Julio Cesar Airport (SBJC), Belem, Brazil; destined for Baiao Airport (SNBW), Baiao, Brazil.
