Analysis
The Air Accident Investigation Unit (AAIU) of Ireland, has notified the NTSB of an incident involving a Boeing 757-200 that occurred on October 20, 2013. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIU investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the airplane.
