Analysis
On June 13, 2014, about 1500 UTC, a Schweizer 269C, OO-JCS (s/n S1749) impacted terrain at the airfield of Cerfontaine, Belgium (EBCF). The helicopter was destroyed. One pilot was fatally injured and one pilot was seriously injured.
