Analysis
The Comisión Investigadora de Accidentes De Aviación (CIAA) of the Dominican Republic has notified the NTSB of an accident involving a BAe Jetstream 31, which occurred on October 12, 2014. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the CIAA's investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Design and Manufacture for the engines.
