Analysis
The Aviation Investigation Bureau of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has notified the NTSB of an accident involving a Boeing 747-400, which occurred on February 25, 2015. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacture and Design of the airplane.
