On April 30, 2014, at 1851 coordinated universal time, an Alpi Aviation Pioneer 300J airplane, Portuguese registered CS-UOV, impacted terrain after a low pass near the Evora Airport (LPEV), Evora, Portugal. The two pilots were fatally injured and the airplane was destroyed. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed for the local flight.
