Analysis
The Comision de Investigacion de Accidentes e Incidentes de Aviacion Civil (CIAIAC) has notified the NTSB of an incident involving an Airbus A321 and a Boeing 737-400 which occurred on April 28, 2015. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the CIAIAC investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacture and Design of one of the airplanes.
All investigative information will be released by the CIAIAC.
