On June 2, 2015, about 1425 central daylight time, an M7 Aerospace LLC SA226-TC airplane, XA-UKP, impacted terrain near Queretaro, Mexico. A postimpact ground fire occurred. The pilot, co-pilot, and three passengers were fatally injured and the airplane was destroyed. The aircraft originated from Querétaro Airport, near Querétaro, Mexico. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC).
