Analysis

On July 26, 2015, about 1738 mountain daylight time, a Cessna 182 airplane, C-FWVQ, impacted terrain shortly after takeoff from Seibert Lake, Alberta, Canada, under unknown circumstances. The pilot sustained fatal injuries.
