On September 24, 2015, a Bell 407 (TG-PDF) was involved in an incident near San Agustine Guatemala, GT. All 5 people aboard were uninjured. The aircraft sustained substantial damage.

The Direccion General de Aeronutica Civil (DGAC) of Guatemala has notified the NTSB of a non-fatal accident involving a Bell 407GX Helicopter, registration TG-PDF, that occurred on September 24, 2015. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the DGAC under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13.
