On November 10, 2015, at 0020 universal coordinated time, a Canadian registered Cessna 182H airplane, C-GKNZ, impacted terrain shortly after takeoff from the Parry Sound Area Municipal Airport (CNK4), Parry Sound, Ontario, Canada. The pilot and passenger were fatally injured.
