Analysis
On June 16, 2016, a Jetstream BA-32, registration number LV-ZST, powered by Honeywell TPE331 turbo propeller engines experienced an engine fire during an engine test. The incident is being investigated by the Argentinian Junta de Investigacion de Accidentes de Aviacion Civil (JIAAC) and the NTSB was notified. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the JIAAC under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the engine.
