On July 23, 2016, at 1910 coordinated universal time, a Cessna TU206G, Columbian registration HK2787, was substantially damaged following an in-flight loss of engine power and subsequent forced landing in the Municipality of San Martin, Colombia. The pilot received minor injuries and the five passengers received serious injuries.
