On July 31, 2016, at 2357 universal coordinated time, an Embraer EMB820C (Piper PA-31-350), Brazilian registration PT-EFQ, was destroyed when it impacted a power line and terrain following a loss of power in the left engine, while on approach to Londrina Airport, Londrina City, State of Paraná, Brazil. The two foreign certificated pilots and six passengers were fatally injured. The flight departed from Marechal Rondon International Airport, Cuiaba, Brazil.
