The Air Accidents Investigation Institute (AAII) or the Czech Republic has notified the NTSB of a non-fatal accident involving a Robinson R44 helicopter, registration OK-GES, that occurred on August 16, 2016. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAII under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13.The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of the Czech Republic, AAII.
