Analysis

On September 19, 2016, at 2000 coordinated universal time (1600 local), a Piper designed Embraer EMB810-D, Brazilian registration PT-VKY, was destroyed when it impacted terrain in the Miranda Municipality, State of Mato Grosso Do Sul, Brazil. The pilot was fatally injured.
