Analysis

On May 18, 2017, at 1840 coordinated universal time, a Cessna 182P, registered as PZ-VAC, experienced an uncontained engine failure, and sustained minor damage during a subsequent forced landing in Poespegroenoe, Suriname. The pilot and two passengers were not injured.
