Analysis
The Ministry of Transport of the State of Israel, has notified the NTSB of an accident involving a Sikorsky S-300C, registration 4X-BIM, that occurred on August 28, 2017. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the helicopter.
