Analysis

On October 8, 2017, at 1037 UTC (coordinated universal time), a Robinson R44 Raven 1 helicopter, Belgium registration OO-FLY, collided with the ground after lifting off from Namur-Suarlee Airport (EBNM), Namur, Belgium.
