On October 6, 2019, about 1547 coordinated universal time, a Piper PA28-140, ZS-EEZ, crashed near, Vryburg Airport, Huhudi, South Africa. The pilot was fatally injured, and the passenger sustained serious injuries. The extent of the airplane's damage is unknown.
