On October 6, 2019, about 1547 coordinated universal time, a Piper PA28-140, ZS-EEZ, crashed near, Vryburg Airport, Huhudi, South Africa. The pilot was fatally injured, and the passenger sustained serious injuries. The extent of the airplane's damage is unknown. The airplane was operated under the pertinent civil regulations of the Government of South Africa.
