The Consejo Technico de Aviacion Civil (CTAC)of Costa Rica notified the NTSB of an incident involving a Boeing 757-2B7, which occurred on February 9, 2020. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the airplane.
