The Dassault Falcon 50EX was a revolutionary three-engine business jet that became the first aircraft capable of transatlantic flights under business aviation regulations. First flying on April 10, 1996, it was a low-wing trijet powered by three Honeywell TFE731-40 turbofans that could carry 8-9 passengers across intercontinental distances. With a wingspan of 61 feet 11 inches and length of 60 feet 9 inches, the aircraft could climb to 41,000 feet in just 23 minutes. The 50EX was manufactured by Dassault Aviation as an enhanced variant of their groundbreaking Falcon 50 series.
