
The Tecnam P-2006T revolutionized twin-engine flight training by introducing the first certified light twin capable of operating on automotive fuel while delivering unprecedented operating economics. First flown in September 2007, it is a high-wing, all-metal twin-engine aircraft powered by two 100-horsepower Rotax 912 S3 engines and accommodates up to four passengers plus crew. With a cruise speed of 147 knots and service ceiling of 15,000 feet, the P-2006T was manufactured by Costruzioni Aeronautiche Tecnam of Italy.
