
The Beechcraft 1900, the best-selling 19-passenger airliner in aviation history, dominated the regional airline market with 695 aircraft produced. First flown on September 3, 1982, it was a low-wing twin-turboprop aircraft that could seat 19 passengers or serve as a corporate transport. With a 600-mile range and short-field capability, it was manufactured by Beechcraft in Wichita, Kansas from 1984 to 2002.
