The flight originated from Broomfield, Colorado, approximately 1 hour prior to the accident.
Examination by an FAA inspector revealed that the propeller oil governor line had separated on the right engine. Further investigation provided information that the line and routing were not in compliance with Airworthiness Directive AD 90-04-06. A copy is attached.
