THE PILOT'S IMPROPER FLARE FOLLOWING AN ABORTED TAKEOFF, WHICH RESULTED IN A HARD LANDING AND THE SUBSEQUENT LOSS OF CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS THE PILOT'S LACK OF TOTAL EXPERIENCE IN THE TYPE OF OPERATION.
