On August 25, 2012, at 1215 Universal Coordinated Time (UTC), a Cessna 210N, Brazilian registration PT-OKZ, operated by a private individual, was destroyed following a collision with terrain near Agua Clara, Brazil. The flight originated at Tres Lagoas, Brazil (SSTL) and was destined for Tres Lagoas (SJUQ). The pilot and two passengers were fatally injured.
