Analysis

On April 25, 2012, at 09:29 UTC time, a Pilatus PC-6/B2-H4, PK-VVQ, operated by Susi Air, impacted terrain near Muaritan after the pilot reported a fuel system problem.The accident is being investigated by the Indonesian National Transportation Safety Committee (NTSC). The NTSB has appointed an accredited representative to assist the NTSC's investigation as the state of design of certain fuel system components.
