Analysis
On January 19, 2014, about 1500 coordinated universal time, a Cessna 208B, Guyana Registration 8R-GHS, operated by Trans Guyana Airways, was destroyed when it impacted wooded terrain shortly after takeoff from Olive Creek Airport (SYOC), Olive Creek, Guyana. The foreign certificated pilot and cargo loader were fatally injured. The cargo flight was conducted under Guyanese flight regulations and destined to Imbaimadai Airport (SYIB), Imbaimadai, Guyana.
