On February 19, 2014, about 1920 universal coordinated time, a Cessna T210L, Brazilian registration PR-VPI, operated by Talla Taxi Aereo Ltda., was substantially damaged during a forced landing, after it experienced a loss of engine power during takeoff from the Araguaina Airport (SWGN), Araguaina, State of Tocantins, Brazil. The pilot, the sole occupant was seriously injured. One person on the ground was fatally injured and two additional persons on the ground were seriously injured. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed for the local flight.
