On June 10, 2014, at 1212 universal coordinated time, a Beech 300, Peruvian registration OB-1881P, operated by Aero Transporte S.A., sustained minor damage when its No. 1 engine experienced vibrations and was subsequently shutdown, while on approach to the David Abenzur Rengifo International Airport (SPCL), Pucallpa, Peru. The pilot, co-pilot, and six passengers were not injured. The flight originated from the Jorge Chavez International Airport (SPIM), Lima, Peru, and was conducted under Peruvian flight regulations.The airplane landed at SPCL without incident. Subsequent initial examination of the No. 1 engine revealed metal particles in the compressor section.
