Analysis
On July 4, 2014, at 1325 local time, a Cessna T210N, VH-ZFW, collided with terrain shortly after takeoff from Inverell, Australia. The airplane was operated by the pilot under the pertinent civil regulations of the government of Australia. The airplane was destroyed by a postimpact fire. The pilot was seriously injured and the passenger was fatally injured.
