On October 6, 2014, about 1210 coordinated universal time, a Cessna A-188B, Colombian registration HK-1746, was substantially damaged during a forced landing, after it experienced a total loss of engine power while maneuvering near Rozo, Colombia. The commercial pilot was not injured. The local aerial application flight was destined for the Alfonso Bonilla International Airport (SKCL), Cali, Columbia, and was conducted under Colombian flight regulations.
