On April 11, 2015, at 2200 coordinated universal time, a privately owned Cessna 201L, Brazilian registered PR-APG, was destroyed when it impacted terrain under unknown circumstances near Assuncao do Piaui Municipality, State of Piaui, Brazil. The pilot was killed.
