HK-1364

On June 4, 2015, about 1715 coordinated universal time, a Cessna A188, Colombian registration HK-1364, was substantially damaged when it impacted power lines and then terrain during an aerial application flight near Puerto Gaitan, Colombia. The commercial pilot was fatally injured. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the accident. A witnesss reported that the airplane was conducting spraying operations when it impacted power lines, impacted the ground, and came to rest inverted. There was no postcrash fire.
