Analysis

On June 7, 2015, about 1823 UTC, a Textron Aviation C90GTi, Brazil registration PR-AVG, experienced a loss of control shortly after takeoff and crashed into a house near Belo Horizonte-Pampulha Airport (SBBH), Belo Horizonte City, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The flightrew and 1 additional cabin crew member were fatally injured, and one person on the ground sustained minor injuries. The airplane was destroyed by impact and a postcrash fire. The airplane was operated by Atlantica Exportacao e Importacao Ltda, under the provisions of a foreign private, non-scheduled domestic flight. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time and flight plan information is unknown. The flight originated about 1 minute earlier from SBBH, and was destined for Faz Barranco Alto Airport (SSOQ), Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil.

According to preliminary information, after takeoff a loss of control occurred and the airplane descended into a building and was destroyed by a postcrash fire.
