On January 7, 2016, about 1900 coordinated universal time, a Cessna T188C, Brazilian registration PR-INS, operated by Blitz Comercio e Representacoes Ltda, was destroyed when it impacted terrain while spraying insecticides on a sugar cane plantation in Bom Jesus de Goias Municipality, State of Goias. The foreign certificated pilot and passenger were fatally injured. The local flight was conducted under Brazilian flight regulations.
