On July 12, 2016 about 1130 local time, a Cessna 150G airplane, Australian registration VH-RXU, collided with terrain near New Crown Station, South Australia. The airplane sustained substantial damage and the pilot was fatally injured. The airplane was operated as a personal flight under the pertinent civil regulations of the government of Australia.
