OB-1564 – PIPER PA34 – 2016-06-04 NTSB Accident Report

On June 04, 2016, a Piper PA34 (OB-1564) was involved in an incident near Yurimaguas, PE. All 6 people aboard were uninjured. The aircraft sustained substantial damage.

On June 4, 2016, at 1712 universal coordinated time, a Piper PA-34-200T, Peruvian registration OB-1564, was substantially damaged when the nose landing gear collapsed during landing at Moises Benzaquen Rengifo Airport (SPMS), Yurimaguas, Peru.
